Esta ley entrará a regir a partir de la fecha de su promulgación, deroga los artículos 97, 126, 127, 129 y 131 de la Ley 1708 de 2014 , el numeral 14 del artículo 11 del Decreto-ley número 2897 de 2011 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
