El Artículo 2º de la ley 92 de 1936 , quedara así: Los empleados dependientes del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos gozarán de una prima anual, equivalente a la mitad del sueldo en un mes, cuando no sea posible concederles las vacaciones remuneradas a que tienen derecho por la Ley 72 de 1931 . A quienes salgan en uso de vacaciones se les pagará la quincena respectiva anticipadamente.
