Decreto 2323 de 2006 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 9ª de 1979 en relación con la Red Nacional de Laboratorios y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Acreditación de laboratorios. La acreditación de laboratorios se realizará conforme a la normatividad vigente del sistema nacional de normalización, certificación y metrología, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de los estándares sectoriales que para el tema defina el Ministerio de la Protección Social.

Parágrafo

Los Laboratorios Nacionales de Referencia y los laboratorios de salud pública departamentales y del distrito capital deberán orientar su gestión para el cumplimiento progresivo de los estándares de calidad requeridos para su acreditación.
