Ley 1 de 1992 · por la cual se provee la organización y funcionamiento de las juntas administradoras locales, en el Distrito Capital.

El Alcalde Mayor, el Contralor, el Personero, los Secretarios del Despacho, los Directores de Departamento Administrativo y los Gerentes de las Entidades Descentralizadas del Distrito, deberán ser invitados por las Juntas Administradoras a las sesiones en las que los citados funcionarios pidan ser oídos.

Los Secretarios y los Directores de Departamento Administrativo podrán ser citados con cinco (5) días de anticipación para que respondan el cuestionario suscrito que la Junta apruebe.
