Las entidades que elaboren en grande escala productos sometidos a restricción, ya sea para el comercio interior o exterior, estarán sometidos en cuanta contabilidad y régimen de producción las normas del artículo anterior. En consecuencia, están obligados a llevar el registro de sustancias y productos obtenidos, deberán remitir mensualmente a la restricción relaciones juradas del movimiento que comprenden las entradas, elaboraciones obtenidas, salida y existencia.
