Art. 1.° Las cuentas de la tesorería de la Junta de Amortización se llevarán conforme al sistema de Partida Doble, en los libros principales de que trata el artículo 256 del Decreto 77 de 1888, 8obre Contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional. También se llevará el Auxiliar de Caja y los demás auxiliares que fueren necesarios en desarrollo de las operaciones que así lo exijan para mayor claridad, á juicio de los encargados de llevar la cuenta de la Tesorería y al de los miembros de la Junta.
