Las becas a que se refiere el artículo anterior se otorgaran para hacer los cursos prácticos de Sgricultura que se denominan práctico-agrícola , de acuerdo con el pensum de la mencionada Escuela. Dicho pénsum será aprobado por el Departamento de Agricultura del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional y sus títulos reconocidos por el Gobierno.
