del artículo 9°. de la Ley 50 de 1984 , así:

Establécese un impuesto equivalente al ocho por ciento (8%) del valor CIF de todas las importaciones que se realicen, con excepción de las de papel destinado a la impresión de periódicos o a la edición de libros y revistas de carácter científico o cultural, que no serán gravables por este concepto. La renta en dicho impuesto originada será de la Nación.
