De la decisión sobre una solicitud de visa se comunicará al interesado en el despacho ante el cual presentó la solicitud. Cuando la decisión corresponda a una solicitud presentada por grupo artístico, cultural o deportivo, la comunicación se surtirá con la persona indicada como representante o apoderado y tendrá efectos respecto de sus integrantes.
