º . Los pedidos de los elementos indicados en el presente Decreto, y que se destinan para el culto católico, no podrán hacerse sino por el párroco o superior de la comunidad religiosa respectiva, y tales pedidos, para que puedan gozar de la exención prevista en este Decreto, deberán ser autorizados en cada caso por el Ordinario Diocesano.
