Artículo primero. Créase el cargo de Arquitecto Asesor de la Comisión de Compras que se halla en los Estados Unidos adquiriendo elementos con destino a la reconstrucción de Bogotá y demás ciudades afectadas por los sucesos del 9 de abril de 1948.

Parágrafo

El Administrador de la Junta Nacional de Reconstrucción, de acuerdo con la Junta, señalará las funciones pertinentes a este cargo.
