La destitución del cago procederá sin el requisito previo de la exclusión, cuando la solicitud a la autoridad nominadora provenga de juez competente o de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, en ejercicio de las facultades que al respecto contemplan la constitución Política y las leyes de Colombia.
