º .Quienes colectivamente y haciendo uso de fuerza o intimidación impidan o intenten impedir la libre circulación de vehículos o personas por las vías de uso público incurrirán en arresto inconmutable de sesenta (60) días. Este arresto se aumentará al triple si se causan daños a los vehículos o a las personas interceptadas, sin perjuicio de las otras penas a que haya lugar.
