Para desempeñar cargos en la administración pública, cuyo ejercicio requiera la profesión de químico farmacéutico, la persona nombrada deberá acreditar, en el acto de su posesión, el título universitario y la certificación del registro expedida por el Colegio Nacional de Químicos Farmacéuticos.
