Las auditorías externas que se adelanten en desarrollo de la facultad prevista en el artículo 84 de la Ley 1328 de 2009 tendrán como objetivo la consecución de un concepto técnico y especializado sobre los hechos o circunstancias específicas que se definan en el acto administrativo que las ordena.
