Los patronos y los trabajadores de los establecimientos a que se refiere este título, cumplirán con las normas sobre Salud Ocupacional establecidas en el Título III de la presente Ley y sus reglamentaciones, además, el Ministerio de Salud podrá exigir que el personal se someta a exámenes médicos cuando lo estime necesario.
