Cuando se autorice la importación de materia prima de control especial a solicitud de un laboratorio farmacéutico, dicha importación se hará de acuerdo con los límites fijados por el Fondo Rotatorio de Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Salud, previo estudio de las necesidades según análisis que hará en cada caso.
