Las pérdidas se compensarán con la reserva legal, salvó que por cláusula estatutaria o por decisión de la asamblea general haya reservas destinadas especialmente para cubrirlas. Las reservas destinadas a cubrir determinadas pérdidas no pueden emplearse para enjugar pérdidas distintas, salvo disposición de la asamblea. Si la reserva legal fuere insuficiente para cubrir el déficit de capital, se aplicarán a este solo objeto los beneficios sociales de los ejercicios siguientes.
