°. Modificar el artículo 2° del Decreto 660 de 2021, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2°. Ámbito de aplicación. Lo dispuesto en el presente decreto aplica a la Unidad Nacional para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD), al Fondo Nacional de Gestión de Riesgo de Desastres - Subcuenta para la Mitigación de Emergencias - Covid 19 y a las personas jurídicas de derecho privado, así como a las personas jurídicas con participación pública que se rijan por el derecho privado, que estén interesadas en la celebración de alianzas estratégicas prioritarias para apoyar la inmunización colectiva en el territorio nacional frente al Covid-19”.
