TRES MESES DE ALTA POR RETIRO . Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional que queden cesantes, con diez (10) o más años de servicio continuo, por causa distinta a mala conducta comprobada, abandono del cargo o incumplimiento de los deberes inherentes al mismo, tienen derecho a continuar de alta en la Pagaduría respectiva por el término de tres (3) meses, para la formación de su hoja de servicio. Este tiempo no se computa como de servicio.
