Créase el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Quindío, con sede en Armenia, integrado por dos Magistrados y con jurisdicción en todo el Departamento.

Parágrafo

El Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Departamento del Quindío, tendrá el mismo personal subalterno y remuneración correspondiente a los de su clase.
