Cumplida por el Secretario la formalidad prescrita en el artículo 456, el superior ordenará pasar el proceso al Agente del Ministerio Público, por el término de cinco días, para que formule su alegato de conclusión.

Cuando el superior fuere el juez del circuito podrá éste, prudencialmente, prescindir del traslado anterior.
