Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y modifica los artículos 3°, 21 modificado por el artículo 2° del Decreto 2965 de 2008, 24, 25, 26, 34, 40, 46 y 52 del Decreto 1500 de 2007 así como el artículo 4° del Decreto 2965 de 2008 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
