El reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones sociales a los empleados de la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas, se harán por medio de la Corporación de Empleados de la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas CORPORANONIMAS, entidad con personería jurídica reconocida, conforme a sus estatutos y a las disposiciones de su Sala de Gobierno.
