Ejecución de la Política Nacional de Educación Ambiental. Los departamentos, los distritos, los municipios, los territorios indígenas y las comunidades campesinas, promoverán y desarrollarán con arreglo a sus necesidades y características particulares, planes, programas y proyectos, en armonía con la Política Nacional de Educación Ambiental adoptada conjuntamente por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
