ARTICULO 85. CAUSALES DE REVOCACIÓN. LOS fallos disciplinarios serán revocables en los siguientes casos
Cuando sea manifiesta su oposición a la Constitución Política o a la Ley.
Cuando con ellos se vulneren o amenacen manifiestamente los derechos fundamentales del investigado o disciplinado.
