Para ser profesor de los establecimientos oficiales, serán indispensable estar inscrito en el Escalafón. Para ser Director o Subdirector de las Secciones de Becas, Enseñanza Secundaria, Normalista o Industrial del Ministerio de Educación, Inspector Nacional de las mismas ramas de la enseñanza, Rector o Vicerrector de institutos oficiales, se requerirá pertenecer a la primera categoría del Escalafón.
