Los extranjeros que entren al país con una "visa de tránsito" y permanezcan en territorio colombiano por un término mayor del autorizado, incurrirán en una multa hasta de doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) moneda corriente que será impuesta por el Director General de l a Policía Nacional, sin perjuicio de la expulsión.
