ARTICULO 77. La información del recaudo del impuesto predial que reporten los tesoreros municipales deberá diligenciarse por parte de éstos, en los formatos que para tal efecto diseñe la Dirección General del Presupuesto. Cualquier informe presentado de manera diferente, no será tenido en cuenta para los cálculos y determinación de la participación adicional que corresponde a los municipios cuya población es menor de 100.000 habitantes.
