En procura de garantizar la seguridad y confiabilidad de la información, así como la plena formalidad de los actos sujetos a registro, el servicio público registral se entenderá inmerso dentro de una lógica transversal e interinstitucional. En concordancia con lo anterior, el servicio público registral deberá contemplar el establecimiento de interrelaciones eficaces con las Entidades intervinientes en el proceso de registro en las etapas previas y posteriores al mismo.
