Los planes de vivienda usada y de construcción en sitio propio a los cuales se aplique el subsidio familiar de vivienda otorgado por las cajas de compensación familiar, no requerirán de un mínimo de soluciones por proyecto, ni de la concentración espacial, establecidas en el Decreto 706 de 1995.
