Seguimiento . Las autoridades sanitarias departamentales, municipales o distritales, en el marco de sus competencias y de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente, vigilarán el cumplimiento de lo establecido en este Título. Cada ente territorial, por intermedio de las Secretarías de Gobierno o en su defecto por la autoridad de Gobierno correspondiente, asegurará el cumplimiento de lo señalado en este título.
