°. Modifícase el artículo 33 del Decreto número 1227 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 33. Quien sea nombrado y tome posesión del empleo para el cual concursó, con base en una lista de elegibles, se entenderá retirado de esta, como también aquel que sin justa causa no acepte el nombramiento. La posesión en un empleo de carácter temporal, efectuado con base en una lista de elegibles no causa el retiro de esta".
