Expediente digital y Sistema de Reparto de las autoridades. El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho y el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, en el marco de sus competencias, diseñarán y pondrán en marcha acciones coordinadas encaminadas a la interoperabilidad de los sistemas de información que permitan la implementación del expediente digital, sistema de reparto y demás que se identifiquen en el marco del sistema.
