Procedimientos y requisitos. La Dirección de Comercio Exterior establecerá los procedimientos internos, la guía de solicitud, los formularios y demás requisitos necesarios para el cumplimiento del presente decreto. De igual forma, determinará e implementará los mecanismos electrónicos que habrán de emplearse en el curso de las investigaciones aquí previstas.
