º El artículo veintiséis (26) del Decreto 384 de 1985, quedará así: "Podrán explorarse y explotarse por el sistema de permiso las minas de metales preciosos de filón o veta y las de aluvión en las márgenes y en los lechos de los ríos no navegables". "La duración del permiso no excederá de cinco (5) años, prorrogables hasta por cinco (5) años más".
