Articulo quinto. El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional prohibirá la movilización de ganados procedentes de las haciendas y zonas infectadas o sospechosas de que trata el artículo segundo, a zonas y haciendas indemnes, por el tiempo y en las condiciones que considere necesario.
