Los requisitos previstos en el artículo anterior no darán derecho a quien los lle ne a exigir su ingreso como miembro de una Bolsa de Valores, la cual podrá rechazar libremente las solicitudes que en tal sentido; le for mulen. Las decisiones favorables serán comunicadas de inmediato al Superintendente Bancario, quien se cerciorará de que las personas admitidas como miembros reúnen todos los requisitos mencionados.
