Artículo veintiséis. Las adquisiciones que se hagan para las dependencias que se atienden con el presupuesto del Ministerio de Justicia, deberán efectuarse por conducto del Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales o del Fondo Rotatorio Judicial, salvo las excepciones legales.
