ARTICULO 24 . El régimen de responsabilidad y lo relativo a los hechos y actos que directa o indirectamente se realicen contraviniendo lo establecido en el presente Decreto, será sancionado conforme a las normas administrativas, fiscales, aduaneras, penales, aduaneras de todo orden que sean aplicables a dichas materias.
