Retiro por incapacidad absoluta. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional serán retirados en forma absoluta del servicio, cuando les sobreviniere incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez, de acuerdo con el concepto que emita la Sanidad de la Policía, con base en el reglamento correspondiente por mala conducta comprobada o cuando hubiere cumplido sesenta (60) años, edad en que cesa toda obligación policial.
