Artículo sexto. En el contrato de trabajo de la gente de mar se determinarán las condiciones en que tendrá derecho a ser repatriada la gente de mar extranjera embarcada en un país que no sea el suyo. Sin embargo las disposiciones de los artículos anteriores seguirán siendo aplicables a la gente de mar embarcada en su propio país.
