° Rutas. La exportación de cigarrillos de producción nacional que reúna las características señaladas en el artículo anterior, únicamente se hará por los puertos y aeropuertos que señale el Director de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales. Las Administraciones de Impuestos y Aduanas así autorizadas serán las únicas competentes para certificar los respectivos embarques, de conformidad con las normas generales de exportación.
