Artículo único. Concédese á la señora Amalia Briceño de Restrepo, madre del Capitán Eduardo Restrepo, una pensión de cien pesos mensuales, que disfrutará por los días de su vida.

Esta suma se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos de las vigencias respectivas y empezará á devengarse desde el 1.° de Enero del año próximo de 1897.
