Los factores constituidos como sociedades comerciales que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la norma para ser vigilados por la Superintendencia de Sociedades deben estar inscritos en el Registro Único de Factores - RUNF que lleva esta Entidad. Por lo tanto, una vez las sociedades remitan la siguiente información y se determine que la sociedad se encuentra dentro de los supuestos establecidos para ser vigilada, esta Entidad actualizará su base de datos:
