Régimen Sancionatorio. La infracción a las normas vigentes por parte de cualquiera de los promotores de las sociedades administradoras del Sistema General de Pensiones se evaluará frente a lo dispuesto en las disposiciones legales pertinentes, en particular lo regulado en la parte séptima del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y las normas que las adicionen o modifiquen. En caso de comprobarse el incumplimiento reiterado de cualquiera de las obligaciones de los promotores, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia podrá hacer uso de su facultad de ordenar la inmediata suspensión de la actividad del respectivo promotor.
