ARTICULO 72. ANTIGÜEDAD EN EL LLAMAMIENTO AL SERVICIO ACTIVO. El personal que sea reincorporado o llamado al servicio activo en virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores, ingresará con la misma antigüedad que tenía al momento del retiro y tendrá derecho a todas las prerrogativas correspondientes a su grado.
