En los arreglos que celebre el Gobierno, en cumplimiento del artículo anterior, se pactará también el levantamiento de los rieles del ferrocarril en el trayecto comprendido entre el antiguo muelle de La Machina y el sitio donde se construya la nueva estación del mismo ferrocarril. Se declaran de utilidad pública las obras a que se refieren el artículo anterior y este.
