Definición . Para efectos de la actividad de financiación colaborativa, se denomina genéricamente como aportante a las personas, patrimonios autónomos, fondos de inversión colectiva y los fondos de capital privado que intervienen en cualquier operación de financiación que se lleve a cabo a través de las entidades autorizadas para realizar la actividad de financiación colaborativa con el fin de financiar proyectos productivos.
