Articulo 54. De las condiciones de las anchoas en salmuera al ser abiertos los, envases . Al ser abiertos los envases que contengan anchoas o anchoitas en salmuera, no deberá percibirse olor a fermentación, no deberán hallarse unidades, alteradas ni grasas sobrenadando en la tenor de cloruro de sodio no excederá del treinta por ciento (30%) del producto envasado. Si el producto presenta las características anotadas, será decomisado.
